The exhibition Painting: Ongoing Renovation seeks to shed light on two moments of great importance in the context of Spain’s contemporary painting which favoured its return to practice after years of the critical and exhibiting predominance of other different and more or less distant disciplines. These are, on the one hand, the years between the late 60’s and the decade of the 1970’s, and on the other, the final years of the nineties and the beginning of the new century. One of the featured artists are our very own Angela de la Cruz and we recommend a visit to the museum if you have the chance!
