Fredrik Nielsen

Loewe Foundation was established in 1988, and works as a private cultural foundation, promoting creativity, supporting education programmes and safeguard heritage in the fields of poetry, dance, photography, art and craft. Today they announced the 30 finalists for the 2022 Loewe Foundation Craft Price and we are more than proud to announce that our artist Fredrik Nielsen is one of the chosen artists with his installation Mixed Emotions! Mixed Emotions was first exhibited at the gallery spring 2020 in our project room and has since then travelled the world in different contexts. The foundation received over 3100 submitted works from 116 countries world wide so it's been a heavy competition! The winner will be announced on June 30 in Seoul, where an exhibition at Seoul Museum of Craft Art will follow. Finger's crossed for Nielsen!
