Gallery Weekend Stockholm

GALLERY WEEKEND STOCKHOLM 14–15th of November 2020 invites you to explore Stockholm’s vibrant contemporary art scene. The galleries have extra opening hours and arrange artist talks, performances, debates and guided tours. We encourage a wider public to take part in the art community and to explore the many exhibitions by both emerging and established artists arranged by the galleries. 

GWS take the new regulations seriously and have decided to change the upcoming weekend to adapt to the new situation. The galleries remain open during GWS with new opening hours;

Saturday 12.00–18.00 and Sunday 12.00–16.00.

All activities, including talks, performances, debates, and guided tours will be held digitally (links to the events will be posted on the website). We recommend that you take part in these events online.

Please note that all gallery venues vary in size, and therefore have different capacities in hosting visitors. All participating galleries will adhere to strict rules with respect to the number of visitors to ensure safe distancing.

We trust all participants, whether visitor or gallery staff, to take these new regulations seriously and stay at home if feeling ill. 

At Wetterling Gallery, we are proud two present two exhibitions during Gallery Weekend Stockholm: Claes Hake's DRAWINGS SCULPTURES BOOKS, parallel to Dina Isæus-Berlin's master's exhibition The Spirit Manual. Besides that, we will also arrange an artis talk between Dina Isæus-Berlin and Jenny Danielsson, which you can read more about HERE.
